Using PunWorks
You may use PunWorks for personal, family, and ordinary classroom play. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive traffic, bypass security measures, or use the service unlawfully.
Our content
PunWorks games, software, page designs, original writing, branding, illustrations, puzzle collections, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to PunWorks and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may link to public pages and share brief excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial collections, republish games or illustrations, remove ownership notices, sell copies, train an automated system on the site’s content, or present PunWorks material as your own without written permission.
Classroom and group use
Teachers, librarians, parents, and group leaders may display and play public PunWorks pages with their groups. This permission does not include republishing complete collections, distributing copied site assets, or selling derivative worksheets without permission.
Availability and game results
We work to keep PunWorks accurate and available, but games and content may change, contain mistakes, or occasionally be unavailable. Scores, streaks, timers, and rankings are for entertainment and may be reset or corrected.
External services
The site may link to or rely on services operated by others. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use those services, and PunWorks is not responsible for third-party sites.
Disclaimer and limitation
PunWorks is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every item will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, PunWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
