Information you provide

If you email us, we receive the address, message, and any information you choose to include. Please do not send sensitive personal information. Children should not contact us directly; a parent or guardian should write on their behalf.

Game progress stored on your device

Some games may store progress, preferences, streaks, sound settings, or completion information in your browser. This information helps games remember where you left off. It generally remains on your device and can be cleared through your browser settings.

Analytics and technical information

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and improve performance and content. It may process information such as pages visited, approximate location derived from an IP address, device and browser type, referral source, and interactions with the site. We do not ask visitors to create accounts.

Little PunWorks and children

Little PunWorks is designed for younger players. Its games do not require a name, email address, account, chat, public profile, photo upload, or location submission. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13.

We do not use children’s activity for personalized advertising. If advertising is introduced in the future, child-directed areas will receive separate treatment appropriate for children, including contextual rather than behaviorally personalized advertising where applicable.

If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email hello@punworks.com so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Advertising

PunWorks does not currently display third-party advertising. If advertising is added, we will update this policy before activation, identify relevant providers, describe cookies or similar technologies they use, provide applicable choices, and use consent tools where required.

Service providers and disclosure

We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, security, and email. They may process limited information to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the site or its users, or as part of a business transfer.

Retention, security, and choices

We retain direct communications only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. No online system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the site and the information we handle.

You can limit browser storage and analytics through browser controls, clear locally stored game progress, or contact us to ask about information you submitted directly.
