The year is 2249, and Andy Starborn has trained for years to face history’s most dangerous turning points. His first assignment should be straightforward: save the Titanic.
Then Kit Fairweather accidentally comes along.
Kit is not a scientist. He is not a soldier. He is the janitor—an endlessly optimistic entrepreneur whose previous businesses have all failed for excellent reasons.
Stranded in 1912 with one impatient orange cat, a battered cleaning cart, and a drawer full of terrible inventions, Kit sees opportunity where Andy sees catastrophe. Bottled glacier water could be his first billion-credit idea.
But as the Titanic races toward its fate, Andy and Kit discover that changing history may be harder than saving the people trapped inside it.
